Shipping policy

At DreamCart, we aim to provide a seamless and reliable delivery experience for all our customers across Pakistan. We partner with leading courier services like PostEx and Leopards to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time.

1. Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad): 1–3 business days.

  • Other Cities & Nationwide: 3–5 business days.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day.

Note: Deliveries may take slightly longer during sale periods, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.

 

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 250 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 4,000.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation SMS and Email containing your tracking number.

 

  • You can track your parcel directly on our website or via the courier partner’s portal (e.g., PostEx Tracking).

  • Please allow 12–24 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services throughout Pakistan.

  • Please ensure you are available at the provided contact number to coordinate with the rider.

  • For COD orders, the rider will only hand over the package after payment is received. Open-box delivery is not permitted by our courier partners.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your parcel. If the customer is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable after two attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery:
