Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at DreamCart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Personal care items (e.g., used baby products).

Items on clearance or "Final Sale."

Damaged items due to misuse.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer for COD orders).

Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies (usually 5-10 business days).
4. Shipping

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product. In these cases, DreamCart will cover the replacement shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.
